THE RESULTS OF THE HIP JOINT Cartilage regeneration improved by the “MADU” method - SCIENTIFIC AND TRADITIONAL MEDICal PROCEDURES

INTRODUCTION
One of the contemporary novelties in medicine, based on ancient techniques is the new technology in therapy which includes the application of the ‘’MADU’’ (magnetic deep unipolar oriented field) strips patented by Mandic, D, Patent PTC .Yu 98/00018, WO 99/60581 and researched by WIPO UN, as a Novelty (N),Inventive Step (IS) and Industrial Applicability (IA) in 2000.
The effectiveness of therapy was achieved in 79,31% patients.

PURPOSE
The aim of this study is to interpret the reflexogenic physiopathology mechanisms that provide new non- invasive possibilities in the treatment by the scientific and traditional medical procedures.

METHODS
The method contains the application of the permanent magnetic field (the MADU strips)on reflexogenic zones (RZ) and the acupoints (AP).The measurement of magnetic field intensity was performed by Gaussmeter RFL, Zurich, Switzerland and the Portable proton Magnetometer( Model G-856A, EG&G, Geometric, USA .
The patients treated during the period of the last 3 years with MADU method in the ‘’Specialized practice MADU’’ (685patients) were statistically evaluated. The sample for the statistic elaboration was chosen using the method of incidental sample concerning the 87 patients (31 male and 56 female). the evaluation was performed on the bases of the questionnaire concerning disabilities and functional status (15 questions ), hip joint clinical examination including the movements range and X rays with particular notice on the femur head sclerosis, acetabulum sclerosis, osteophytes, subchondral cysts and joint space narrowing . All parameters were measured at the first examination as well as on the follow up examinations (every 6 months: 1st, 2nd, 3rd ) and compared for the assessment of the treatment efficacy. The ‘’MADU’’ method contains: MADU strips, focused magnets, magnetoventuses, electroacupuncture and electromassage, infra red laser of the weak power , medicaments and supplement therapy , (auriculotherapy and diets if needed).

RESULTS
Within the group of 87 patients with hip joint arthrosis improved condition was assessed on the basis of the above mentioned parameters and was confirmed as improvement in 79,31% , the status of hip arthrosis remained unchanged in 14,94% and in 5,75% patients the disease progressed.
The most important pathophysiology mechanisms providing the global regeneration were modulation of the potential of the Na /K pump, synchronization with endogen oscillations of Ca ions, the analgesic and antiinflamation effect, improvement of the tissue vascularisation, the spasmolitic effect, improvement of the blood viscosity and neutralization of the pH in tissue liquid with dominant alkalization including improvement of many of the enzyme activities.
The most frequent acupuncture points were BL 11 =90,74%; GB 34 = 50,00%; SP 6= 25,92%; SP 10 =14,81%; ST 36 =25,94%; GB 39 =20,37%. The MADU strips were applied on the previously determined region.

CONCLUSION
The MADU method makes possible a regenerative process of the hip cartilage, as a result of influence on reflexogenic and physiopathologic processes. The regenerative process can be so successful that, besides qualitative renewal of the structure of the bone tissue, it can lead to the formation of a new joint space, due to cartilage regeneration, creating a better and more efficacious function of the joint, with a better quality of life.

REZULTATI REGENERACIJE HRSKAVICE ZGLOBA KUKA POSTIGNUTI MADU METODOM - NAUČNE I TRADICIONALNE MEDICINSKE PROCEDURE

UVOD
Jedna od savremenih novina u medicini , zasnovana na drevnim tehnikama je nova tehnologija u terapiji koja obuhvata primenu MADU trake (magnetno dubinsko unipolarno orijentisano polje) koje je patentirala dr Mandic, D, Patent PTC .Yu 98/00018, WO 99/60581 a istražila WIPO UN, kao Novost (N),Pronalazački Korak (IS) Industrijski Primenljiv (IA) u 2000 godini .
Efikasnost terapije je postignuta u 79,31% pacijenata.

CILJ
Cilj ove studije je tumačenje mehanizama refleksogene patofiiziologije oji omogućavaju nove ne invazivne mogućnosti u tretmanu , naučnim i tradicionalnim medicinskim procedurama.

METOD
Metod se sastoji u aplikaciji permanentnog magnetnog polja ( MADU traka) na refleksogene zone (RZ) i akupunkturene tačke (AP).Merenja intenziteta magnetnog polja izvršena su aparatom Gaussmeter RFL, Zurich, Switzerland i portabl proton Magnetometrom( Model G-856A, EG&G, Geometric, USA .
Pacijenti tretirani MADU metodom tokom perioda od poslednje 3 godine u Specijalizovanoj ordinaciji MADU (685pacijenata) statistički su obradjeni. Uzorak za statističku obradu bio je odabran metodom slučajnog uzorka od 87 pacijenata (31 muškarac i 56 žena).Evluacija je vršena na osnovu upitnika koji se odnosi na subjektivne teškoće tj. funkcionalni status (15 pitanja ), klinički pregled zgloba kuka uključujući obim pokreta i Rtg snimke sa posebnim naglaskom na sklerozu glave femura, sklerozu acetabuluma, osteofite, subhondralne ciste i suženje zglobnog prostora .Svi parametri su mereni na prvom pregledu kao i na kontrolnimpregledima (svakih 6 meseci: 1, 2, 3 ) kao i uporedjena radi procene efikasnosti terapije. MADU metoda se sastoji od primene: MADU traka, fokusiranih magneta, magnetoventuza, elektropunkture and elektromasaže, infra crvenog lasera slabe snage , medikamentozne i dopunske terapije , (aurikuloterapija i dijete ako su potrebne).

REZULTATI
U grupi od 87 pacijenata sa artrozom zgloba kuka procenjeno je poboljšanje na osnovu gore navedenih parametara i potvrdjeno u 79,31% , stanje artroze je ostalo nepromenjeno u 14,94% a u 5,75% pacijenata oboljenje je napredovalo.
Najvažniji patofiziološki mehanizam koji obezbedjuje globalnu regeneraciju su modulacija potencijala Na /K pumpe , sinhronizacija sa endogenim oscilacijama jona kalcijuma , analgezički i antiinflamatorni efekat, poboljšanje vaskularizacije tkiva, spazmolitički efekat, poboljšanje viskoziteta krvi i neutralizacija Ph u tkivnoj tečnosti sa dominantnom alkalizacijom uključujući poboljšanje aktivnosti mnogih enzima.
najčešće korišćene akupunkturne tačke bile su - BL 11 =90,74% ;GB 34 = 50,00%;SP 6= 25,92%;SP 10 =14,81%;ST 36 =25,94%;GB 39 =20,37%. MADU trake su postavljane na prethodno odredjeni predeo.

ZAKLJUČAK
MADU metoda omogućava regenerativni proces hrskavice kuka, kao rezultat uticaja na refleksogene i patofiziološeke procese. Regenerativni proces može biti toliko uspešan da pored kvalitativnog obnavljanja strukture kosti može dovesti do formiranja novog zglobnog prostora, zahvaljujući regeneraciji hrskavice, omogućava bolju i efikasniju funkciju zgloba i bolji kvalitet života.

INTRODUCCION
Una de las novedades en medicina, basada en las tecnicas antiguas, es la terapia de la nueva tecnologia que incluye la aplicacion del ‘’MADU’’ strip (campo magnetico unipolar orientado), patentado por Mandic, D, Patent PTC .Yu 98/00018, WO 99/60581 and researched by WIPO UN, as a Novelty (N),investigado por WIPO UN , como una Novelty (N), invented step (IS) y de aplicacion industrial (IA) en el 2000. La efectividad de esta terapia fue registrada en 79,31 % pacientes.

PROPOSITO
El objetivo de este estudio es interpretar la reflexogenesis y los mecanismos fisiopatologicos que reporta esta novdad no invasiva en el tatamiento por tecnicas cientificas y tradicionales.

METODO
El metodo consiste en la aplicacion de un campo magnetico permanente ( MADU strip en las zonas reflejas (RZ) y en los puntos de acupuntura (AP). La medicion de la intensidad del campo magnetico se hizo con Gaussmeter RFL, Zurich, Switzerland and the Portable proton Magnetometer( Model G-856A, EG&G, Geometric, USA .
Los pacientes fueron tratados durante un periodo de 3 anos con el metodo MADU en la Consulta Especializada MADU. Fueron tratados y evaluados un total de 685 pacientes. Para la elaboracion estradistica la muestra fue escogida usando el metodo de muestra incidental sobre 87 pacientes (31 hombres y 56 mujeres). La evaluacion fue estructurada segun las bases de un cuestionario acerca da las disminuciones y el estatus funcional (15 preguntas ), el examen local de la candera con inspeccion del grado de movilidad y radiologia con particular atencion en la esclerosis de la cabeza del femur , la esclerosis del acetabulo. los ostofitos, los quistes subchondrales y el espacio interarticular. Todos los parametros fueron medidos en el primer examen asi como en los siguentes (cada 6 meses: primera, segunda, y tercera ), y comparados para estudiar la eficacia del tratamiento. El metodo ‘’MADU’’ consiste en : MADU strips,magnetoterapia focalizada , ventosas magneticasa , electropunctura y electromasaje, laser infrarrojo de bajo poder , medicamentos y suplementos (auriculoterapia y dieta si fuera necesario).

RESULTADO
En el grupo de los 87 pacientes con artrosis de cadera se evaluo la mejorita en los parametros anteriormente citados y se confirmo una mejorita en un 79,31% de los caasos, el estatus de artrosis de cadera permanencio sin cambios en un 14,94% y en un 5,75% el desequilibrio progeso.
los mechanismos mas importantes de la fisiopatologia que pueden proporcionar la regeneracion global de la articulation son la modulacion del potencial de la bomba de sodio Potasio, la sincronizacion de las oscilaciones endogenas de los iones Calcio, el efecto analgesico y antiinflamtorio, la mejoria de la vascularizacion , el efecto espasmolitico , la mejoria de la viscosidad de la sangre y la neutralizacion del ph en el liquido tisular con domino de la alcalizacion incluyendo el aumento de la actividad enzimatica.
Los puntos de acupuntura mas frequentes son: 11 =90,74% ;GB 34 = 50,00%;SP 6= 25,92%;SP 10 =14,81%;ST 36 =25,94%;GB 39 =20,37%. Los MADU strips se aplicaron en las regiones previamente determinada .

CONCLUSION
El metodo MADU hace posible un proceso regenerador del cartilago de la cadera, como resultado de la influencia reflexogena y fisiopatologica de los procesos efectuados. El proceso regenerativo es efectivo porque , ademas de la reanudacion de la estructura del tejido oseo que conduce a la formacion de un nuevo espacio articular, la regeneracion del cartilago crea una mejor eficaz funcion de la articulation, con una mejor calidad de vida.
